Are you looking for places to shop for fashionable clothing in Wilmington? You are not alone. Perhaps you are visiting or maybe you are a local. Regardless it’s always good to know where the best places are to go to get the clothes you need to look good all year around. Here are some suggestions.

Mall

A mall is a no brainer when it comes to shopping. It has everything you need because it is filled with all of the right stores. Plus, if one store doesn’t have what you are looking for you can move onto the next. Sears Department store is located at this mall. It offers just about anything you might be looking for. Department stores are always a nice one-stop shop. Plus, there are fun accessory and shoe stores as well that are located at the Woodland mall. In addition, you can get something to eat and catch a movie all in the same location. Why not make a day of it while you are out shopping? It sounds like a great idea!

Other Great Options

There are other options as well. One of the best options for all your shopping need is Meijer. This store has it all – food, clothes, pharmacy, auto, etc. And the service is fantastic. If you like this idea, you can also head to Walmart or Big Lots. Both are popular discount stores in Rudolf that offer good deals on products that you might need. Another favorite is a store called Goody’s. This is a great Department store in the area where you can find those random items that you have been looking for.

Keep an open mind when you are shopping. You never know what you will find bags women and where you will find it. There are great stores around. Check them out!!

Willmington North Carolina’s government is going to save $100,000 per year. There’s a statement you never hear. The government’s saving money. How are they doing it?

Come to the Beautiful Swamps of Willmington

But only if you’re a weird little connection hooked up to a miniature white spaces radio through water sensors. Spectrum Bridge, testing out broadband usage of white spaces, is utilizing Willmington’s swamps for its latest endeavor. Don’t worry, the FCC has granted them a special license to do so. Efficiency is the bottom line for the cause of this broadband white spaces testing. Their plan? To utilize the water sensors that already exist in Willmington’s wetlands used to monitor conditions (a requirement of the EPA). Traditionally it has been difficult to send this vital information back to its receiving office. Spectrum Bridge is hoping to change all that by installing the little white spaces radios on these already existing sensors to test out white spaces broadband. If successful, the receiving office would have no trouble whatsoever getting information on the condition of their wetlands. But that’s not all.

Good but Not for Everything

The utilization of white spaces wireless broadband is a great idea that’s going to save tons of money; but is it for everything? The natural choice is fiber for things such as raw speed but money will be saved in the long run through white space broadband for difficult, remote locations requiring limited speed. Claudville Virginia’s population of 900 used to rely on nothing better than dialup Internet access. Spectrum Bridge came to their rescue by deploying the first white spaces implementation ever in their tiny town. You do remember the old days of dialup Internet don’t you? I’ve waited in amusement park lines for shorter periods than the waits I suffered using dial up.

It’s all very experimental but seems to be catching on. What will they think of next?

Man, women young and old will read, listen and watch news. Because news is the short called for the information that was happening everyday.

Wilmington is a city, a big city with thousands of family living. And of course, we can always get some news from those people who live in Wilmington. Just like this news not just so long.

Motorcyclist hurt in suspected DWI crash on Market Street – A man driving a motorcycle suffered life-threatening injuries when he collided with a Jeep SUV that turned in front of him on Market Street just before 8 p.m., The motorcyclist was headed east on Market Street near the intersection of Wilmington Ave. The SUV driver, a man, had been heading west on Market Street and was turning left onto Wilmington Avenue. The motorcyclist was taken to New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Murdered mothers’ killer remains a mystery – For almost two years Lisa Valentino traveled from New Jersey to Wilmington to hang missing person posters and make sure no one forgot her sister Allison Jackson-Foy. On April 26, 2008, her task became horrifyingly simple. That day, two skeletons, later identified as Valentino’s sister and Angela Nobles Rothen, were found in the woods off Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington. Since then, the murdered women, both mothers, have been linked. Their photos have been shown repeatedly on local media as well as to a national audience on NBC’s “Dateline.”

These are just some of Wilmington’s news that we could read in the newspaper, watch in the television and listen to the radio. Do you want more?
